A voice agent feels human or robotic based on one thing: latency. Every hop between speech recognition, model, and speech synthesis adds delay, and past roughly a second the caller starts talking over it.

We build on production telephony infrastructure and tune the pipeline end to end, streaming recognition, fast models, interruption handling, so the conversation keeps its rhythm.

    Twilio or SIP trunking with porting, IVR fallback, and per-region numbers where needed.

    Speech pipeline

    Deepgram for recognition and ElevenLabs for voice, streamed both ways to hold latency down.

    Agent runtime

    Vapi orchestrates turn-taking, tool calls, and transfers with a model chosen for speed over verbosity.

    Observability

    Every call recorded and transcribed, with dashboards for drop-off, handoff rate, and failure points.
